The First State National Historic Park in the state of Delaware interprets the early colonial history and the role Delaware played in the establishment of the nation, leading up to it being the first state to ratify the US Constitution.  The National Park Service, who care for the park, are now seeking a contractor to produce a 12 minute interpretive video in English and Spanish.

First State NHS - Audiovisual Production Services

The National Park Service, Harpers Ferry Center, is soliciting proposals for Audiovisual Production Services to create an interpretive video for First State National Historical Park in Delaware. The purpose of this contract is to provide all audiovisual production services to create one 12 minute orientation video in English and Spanish for First State National Historical Park.The government anticipates award of one firm-fixed price contract. This solicitation is totally set-aside for small businesses. The solicitation will be available via Fedconnect and FedBizOpps on or about November 8, 2018. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued.
