The Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew is a world leader in plant science and conservation and a major tourist attraction. They are now seeking contractors to provide Art installation and Transportation Services for visitor programmes and exhibitions. The estimated contract value is £400,000.
Royal Botanic Gardens: Art Installers and Transportation Services for Visitor Programmes and Exhibitions
The purpose of this procurement exercise is to develop a Framework Agreement of approximately 3 approved Art installation and Transportation companies (Suppliers) that work with RBG Kew.
We will expect the supplier will provide installation and transportation services for a suspended centrepiece artwork within the Temperate House as part of our Annual Autumn Festival, in addition to occasional support with temporary exhibitions in the Shirley Sherwood Gallery situated at Kew Gardens.
