Lake Louise is a glacial lake in Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada, and one of the region's most famous visitor attractions.  Parks Canada is now seeking a contractor to undertake demolition and renovation of the interior spaces of the Visitor Centre.  Estimated size of this contract is between $1 million and $5 million.

Lake Louise Visitor Centre Interior Renovations

Parks Canada Agency requires a contractor to perform demolition of the interior portions of the Visitor Centre in public only areas. The work is also to include the revitalization and renovation of the interior space complete with millwork for visitor services and for visitor attendants. The work includes the replacement of toilets within the public washroom and the setting up of temporary visitor information and washroom facilities.

To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $1,000,001 > $5,000,000 Taxes extra.

Project Timeline:

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by June 30, 2019.
