The Tramway Museum Society operates Crich Tramway Village, home to the National Tramway Museum in Derbyshire, an accredited museum that preserves the history of trams and tramways, while providing educational and cultural engagement with its audiences. The Tramway Museum Society is seeking proposals from experienced external consultants for the provision of an Audience Development Plan. The estimated contract value is unspecified.

The Tramway Museum Society wishes to appoint an appropriately experienced external consultant to develop robust, meaningful, and sustainable data capture and analysis of its audiences and potential audiences. The work will include conducting face-to-face interviews on and off-site, assisting with focus groups, and providing a detailed analysis and final report to inform a new Audience Development Plan, updating the existing Audience Engagement Plan (2022-2025). This project is part of the NLHF-funded ‘Foundations First’ project.
