King's Lynn Guildhall is owned by the National Trust and managed by the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk. The Grade I-Listed property is the oldest and largest complete medieval Guildhall in England. It has a long history as a theatre or performance space and is now a venue for hire with a year-round theatre, dance, music, lectures and film programme. The Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk is now seeking Marketing Services for the St George's Guildhall transformation project. The estimated contract value is £50,000 to £100,000.

The Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk (the Council) intends to appoint an Agency to lead on a campaign, "Play On", to promote the delivery of a transformational renovation project at St George's Guildhall, King's Lynn.
The St George's Guildhall site is located on King Street on the western side of King's Lynn town centre in the St Nicholas Conservation Area and comprises of a collection of buildings, including the Grade 1 listed St George's Guildhall, that extends to the banks of the Great Ouse River
The appointed Agency will be responsible for the design and development of brand assets and the delivery of media and marketing for the project which will revive the medieval Guildhall, creating a stunning theatrical interior, and will develop a vibrant Hub for artists, makers, and craftspeople.
