The V&A is seeking to put in place a non-exclusive, non-binding framework agreement with a number of mannequin manufacturers and providers for the supply of mannequins, torsos and appendages for dress and textiles exhibitions and displays. The agreement will also include provision of other services such as technical assistance, account management, technical advice, storage and transportation.
The Framework Agreement is for an initial duration of 2 years and a maximum duration of 4 years as stated in II.2.2.
