Maybole Castle in southwest Scotland is the oldest inhabited house in the region having been built somewhere in the 1650s and serving as the townhouse for the Earls of Cassillis who spent a majority of their winters there.  South Ayrshire Council were seeking a contractor for the provision of conservation accredited adviser. The successful contractor is Collective Architecture, and the total contract value is £95,914.
