They were seeking contractors for the provision of conservation and repair works consultancy split into 3 lots: (1) Building Conservation Design Team, (2) Chartered Quantity Surveyor, and (3) Heritage Project Organiser.The successful contractors are as follows: (1) Donald Insall Associates with a lot value is £1,460,000, (2) Rex Procter and Partners with a lot value of £140,000, and (3) DTS Solutions Limited with a lot value of £50,000.
