National Museums Liverpool are a group of eight museums based in and around Liverpool, including the new Museum of Liverpool which opened in 2011. They have been seeking to appoint a contract administrator. The successful contractor is Cunliffes Limited, and the total contract value is £36,450.

National Museums Liverpool (NML) has been seeking to appoint a Contract Administrator incorporating Building Surveyor and Quantity Surveying services to support the delivery of a permanent gallery redevelopment at the Museum of Liverpool at Pier Head Liverpool Waterfront, opening in November 2021.

The Role of the Contract Administrator is to manage and coordinate the tendering process for the works packages, to assist with appointments and to manage the construction works and exhibition build on site, ensuring a dust-free conditioned gallery before artefacts arrive in October 2021. The appointment will continue through until the gallery is ready to receive the installation of all artefacts.
