The Kunsthalle Mannheim is a modern and contemporary art museum in Germany, which was originally built as a temporary international art exhibition in 1907 and became the municipal art gallery in 1909, holding work from Pissarro, Manet, Van Gogh and Friedrich. The local authority has been seeking a contractor to implement the digital and media strategy, including a mediaguide app, a collection wall digital display, a Museum Orchestration Server for the control, management and connection of the digital products, a creative lab with multimedia interactives, such as virtual reality and 3D printing, and a personalised digital museum catalog. The successful contractor is Klangerfinder GmbH & Co. KG. The total contract value is 1,118,940 EUR (Approx. £1.01 million)
