The Library of Congress is the world’s largest library, located in Washington DC.  Their Capital Hill Campus comprises three main buildings near the US Supreme Court, named after presidents Jefferson, Adams and Madison.  They have been seeking contractors to undertake both quantitative and qualitative research on current and potential visitors to the Library's Capital Hill Campus.  The successful contractor is Morris Hargreaves McIntyre Ltd of Manchester, UK, and the total contract value is $82,120.
