The Library of Congress is the nation’s oldest federal cultural institution and serves as the research arm of Congress. It is also the largest library in the world, with over 158 million books, recordings, photographs, maps, films and video, sheet music, sound recordings, and manuscripts in its collections. The Library of Congress Library Services is planning to upgrade its integrated library system (ILS) in FY 2021. The LC ILS uses Voyager software, a product of Ex Libris Group. The Library intends to fulfill this requirement by issuing a sole source contract award to Ex Libris Group. The successful contractor is Ex Libris Group. The estimated contract value is $17,675.
