Kvorning Design & Communication, based in Copenhagen, has now opened an office in London. Their new location will get them closer to customers and prospects in the extremely exciting and fast-paced world of UK museums.
Kvorning were the lead designer for English Heritage's new attraction Operation Dynamo – Rescue from Dunkirk which opened earlier this year at Dover Castle. (pictured) The project has been nominated for awards for concept, exhibition design and AV solutions. Being one of Europe's biggest permanent underground AV-shows, the exhibition is a candidate for the Arts Fund Prize 2012, Museums and Heritage Awards 2012, AV Awards for the Consumer Installation of the Year as well as several other international AV awards. More than 60 Danish and international news media have mentioned the exhibition since its opening in mid-June.
