We are a leading exhibition design company working with museums, heritage destinations and brand environments throughout the UK and abroad. We create meaningful, immersive experiences that live long in the memory of all those who visit. We continue to win new projects of national and international significance and so need to expand our design team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your creative skills, as no two projects are ever the same!

Whether your experience comes from retail, exhibition, branding or packaging design, we’re looking for someone who can fill the gap, even if you’re crossing over from another discipline. You will need to demonstrate an ability to produce emotive designs, each requiring a fresh and innovative approach and will work closely with the directors and design principal to craft engaging designs that really wow our existing clients and help us win new work.

Doing everything on a project from initial design concepts to final artwork, you’ll need not only great ideas, but also great attention to detail to make sure all the graphic communications are perfect.

We are looking for someone who:

has an outstanding breadth of work and an exceptional portfolio
pushes creativity and innovation
is capable of taking a brief from initial concept to final output
works with detail, consistency and accuracy
understands how people think, interact and engage with your design solutions
is able to coordinate with clients as well as a broad range of other team members – graphic designers, 3D designers, film-makers, lighting and AV designers, contractors and architects
has excellent communication skills
able to take creative direction and feedback
demonstrates strong time management and organisational skills; is able to deliver projects on schedule and within a budget
has an in depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
