The Natural History Museum (NHM) in London is a leading visitor attraction and one of the world’s leading authorities and research institutes in natural history.  The NHM is working on a masterplan which includes various capital projects for its sites. NHM is now seeking proposals from contractors to provide Heritage Planning Consultancy for the masterplan and related projects. This is a multistage competition which will be awarded this summer. The estimated contract value is up to £500,000.

Heritage Planning Consultancy Services for all the projects to be developed and/or delivered over that require Listed Building Consent or Planning Consent as well as holistic planning consultancy for the Masterplanning and Public Programme.

The Natural History Museum wishes to secure the services of a Heritage Planning Consultancy for a period of 4 years for all the projects to be developed and/or delivered over that period in the Museum that require Listed Building Consent or Planning Consent as well as holistic planning consultancy for the Masterplanning and Public Programme.
