Natural History Museum in Basel dates back to more than 300 years and hosts a variety of zoology, entomology, mineralogy, anthropology, osteology and palaeontology collections. The local authority was seeking a contractor for the provision of excavation works as part of a larger project to rebuild the museum along with the Basel city state archive.
