The National Library of Wales, situated in Aberystwyth, is internationally recognised as one of the world’s major national libraries. They were seeking contractors to create unique heritage films based on film and sound interviews from Cardiff's historic Tiger Bay area. The successful contractors are Higher Graphics and Unigryw, and the total contract value is £5,000.
