Set up in 1980, the National Heritage Memorial Fund is a government ‘fund of last resort’ that provide grants and loans to help acquire the UK’s most precious heritage at risk of loss. They were seeking a contractor for the provision of Green Recovery Challenge Fund evaluation.The successful contractor is ICF CONSULTING SERVICES LIMITED, and the total contract value is £160,000.
