Historic England, formally English Heritage, is the leading public body responsible for all aspects of protecting and promoting the historic environment of England. They have been seeking contractors to set-up a framework for the provision of wrap around skills and development training programme for their Kickstart Gateway, a programme aimed at supporting work placements for unemployed young people. The successful contractor is The Think Tank of Manchester, and the total contract value is £200,000.
