The National Galleries of Scotland, which includes the Dean Gallery, Scottish National Portrait Gallery and the National Gallery of Scotland, are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Learning & Development Consultant to join the busy HR Department. The candidate will support the performance of the National Galleries of Scotland through the effective oversight of staff Learning and Development and through contributing to the wider work of the HR Department.
Relevant experience and current knowledge of HR and Learning and Development best practice are essential. In addition excellent communications and the ability to manage resources, seeking best value, are a must. Membership of CIPD and experience of design and delivery of face to face training courses would be highly advantageous.
