Our core product, Vernon CMS, is a SPECTRUM compliant, widely implemented and acclaimed collection management system that can be tailored to suit your collection. Vernon CMS is designed to accommodate all types of collections within one system, and is entirely flexible so that you can add user licences and modules as required. The Cataloguing module is the cornerstone of the Vernon CMS product range and allows you to record comprehensive object details, and includes supplementary files (such as Person, Event and Document) for all aspects of collection documentation.
Activities Management is an optional module that can be added to the core Vernon Cataloguing module. The Activities module provides comprehensive workflow control for all your collection management processes, such as Loans, Exhibitions and Conservation treatments.
The Vernon Browser module offers a public access solution for the internet, intranet and in-house kiosks. Vernon Browser can be configured and designed to fit seamlessly within your existing website.
Our latest product is eHive, the world’s first ‘software as a service’ (SaaS) collection management system. It is an innovative, low-cost, web-based system which allows you to catalogue and optionally showcase your collections online.
