The Department of Digital, Culture, Media and Sport is a department of the UK government, with responsibility for culture and sport in England, the building of a digital economy, and some aspects of the media throughout the UK, such as broadcasting and the internet.  They are now seeking a consultancy to evaluate their Creative Scale-up Programme, which has been set up to reduce barrier to finance for growing creative industries.  Estimated size of this contract is between £50,000 and £100,000.

Research and development services and related consultancy services. Evaluation of business and investor support as part of the DCMS “Creative Scale Up programme” in reducing barriers to accessing finance for growth in the creative industries.
