The Department of Digital, Culture, Media and Sport is a department of the UK government, with responsibility for culture and sport in England, the building of a digital economy, and some aspects of the media throughout the UK, such as broadcasting and the internet. They are now seeking a consultancy to evaluate their Creative Scale-up Programme, which has been set up to reduce barrier to finance for growing creative industries.
