The Residenzschloss Ludwigsburg is one of the largest Baroque palaces in Germany, situated near Stuttgart and worked on by master builder Philipp Joseph Jenisch and court architect Johann Fredrich Nette. The Württemberg authority has been seeking a contractor to work on the restoration of the Royal Apartments, including planning the textile restorations. The successful contractor is Twist Textil- und Lederrestaurierung. The contract value is estimated at 342,741 € (approx. £304,000).
