The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is the federal agency responsible for the maintenance, operation, development, and preservation of the United States Capitol Complex, and also the head of that agency. They were seeking contractors to provide Construction Management Services within the Capitol Complex which includes the Library of Congress, the US Botanic Gardens and the Library of Congress facilities at Fort Meade, on an IDIQ basis. The successful contractor is Parsons Government Services Inc. and the estimated contract value is $80,000,000.
