Senior Management Post Available in London at Wildlife Charity

The Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust (WWT) is a leading UK conservation organisation saving wetlands for wildlife and people across the world. Founded in 1946 by the naturalist and artist, the late Sir Peter Scott, WWT is the only UK charity with a national network of nine specialist wetland visitor centres. With over 60 years experience of wetland conservation, WWT is committed to the protection of wetlands and all that depend on them for survival.

WWT is looking to appoint an inspirational General manager who will provide outstanding leadership and direction for its visitor centre in London.   The position is expected to pay between £40- 45,000 per year.

Applicants will need to have significant experience in running a major visitor attraction and will need to be able to demonstrate the skills and vision to develop the future potential of the centre. As a business manager with a flair for finance, you will be accustomed to dealing with million pound budgets. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, with an empathy with our conservation work, and a track record in representing your organisation as an ambassador at the highest level.
