Mrs Smith's Cottage Museum in Navenby is a fully preserved simple Lincolnshire cottage from the early Victorian period, giving visitors a glimpse into the life of a real Mrs Smith in her rural village, since she passed away in 1995 at the age of 102. North Kesteven District Council is currently seeking to appoint a project architect for the restoration of Mrs Smith's Cottage and Visitor Centre. The contract value is estimated at £20,000.

North Kesteven District Council are seeking to engage a Project Architect to work on the restoration of Mrs Smiths Cottage and the associated Visitor Centre located in Navenby, Lincolnshire. The Architect must be able to demonstrate experience of working on Listed Buildings and/or conservation type projects.
Contract start date: 30 January 2017
Contract end date: 21 April 2017
