Met Studio in London is now seeking a senior exhibition designer to join their team for 6-12 months to work on an international museum project, with the potential to join their team on a longer term basis. This contract will start immediately.
MET Studio is a leading UK-based experiential design consultancy with over 30 years experience working for government, corporate and institutional clients. Our projects range from huge-scale master plans and consultancy to design and build projects; large-scale museum, eco-park, zoo, exhibition and interior designs right through to one-off AV, graphics, branding and single exhibit designs.
We require a senior exhibition designer for an impending world class, international museum project.
The successful candidate will have the following:
proven track record of designing and managing own projects from conception to delivery
solid experience in designing living environments within interior installations such as forests, aquariums and aviaries
working knowledge of AutoCAD or Vectorworks essential
experience working as part of a large design team
good communication skills - good quality hand sketching skills preferred but not essential
applicants should be willing to attend overseas meetings
This project is to start immediately for someone with the right experience on a six to twelve month contract, with potential to join MET on a longer term basis depending on performance.
Remuneration to be discussed and based on experience.
