We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team. The candidate must be capable of managing and controlling the full project lifecycle from start to finish, achieving client satisfaction and maximising profit along the way. Candidates applying will possess excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills and will be commercially astute. It is essential to have relevant industry experience.

In your role as Project Manager you will be:

·         Providing support to the planning of projects for tender submission and eventual implementation
·         Competent in writing project specifications and estimating project costs
·         Creating and maintaining project management documentation to appropriate standards including: project plans, management reports, and risk, issue and change logs; business and financial awareness of the impact of changes, and how to manage these
·         Managing resources and logistics requirements, mobilisation and briefing draughtsmen, liaise with production and suppliers; control to cost estimates and programme
·         Developing relationships with external suppliers and ensure appropriate skills and talent are identified to fulfil specific project requirements
·         Proficient in bringing together health and safety information
·         Demonstrated experience in financial project management, including budget control, maximising project profitability, final project account submission and negotiation

To succeed as a Project Manager, you will need:

·         Experience in project management
·         Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
·         Great communication skills.
·         A team manager and a team player
·         A knowledge of specialist contracting for exhibition and/or shop fitting works
·         An ability to communicate ideas and processes with sketch details
·         Have a valid UK driving licence

Desirable

·         Drawing software
·         Project management software.
