Project Assistant – Central London

Responsibilities falling within the scope of the Project Assistant include: research, information management, travel planning, diary management, client liaison, document and presentation production and distribution, general office information management and other tasks as deemed necessary by the Directors. The candidate will be expected to develop the expertise to help set up and maintain key project documentation such as object lists, specifications, project programmes and budgets.

We are looking for someone with a bright and confident personality who is hardworking, highly organised and comfortable working in a very dynamic environment. You should be a quick learner and be able to act on your own initiative.  Degree level qualification not required

Excellent MS Office skills are expected, particularly in Word and Excel. An understanding of Indesign and Photoshop would be a great advantage. The position is for an immediate start.
