Focus Consultants specialise in construction and property services, project management, regeneration and economic development with offices in Nottingham, Leicester, London and Lincolnshire. They provide the following services:

Project Managers / Senior Project Managers – Nottingham and London
The firm is looking to recruit motivated and resourceful individuals to assist in the delivery of our growing Project Management work portfolio in our Nottingham and London offices. Your role will encompass Project Management duties across a number of exciting and challenging capital projects. The ideal candidate will have experience of Cultural, Arts, Heritage and Community-based projects with proven hands-on Project Management skills. An understanding of Regeneration programmes and technical skills on Cost Control and Contract Administration would be an advantage. The right candidate will have the ambition to be part of a growing team and have the ability to work on their own with some supervision.
Quantity Surveyors – Nottingham and London (3-5 years experience)
The role will encompass traditional Quantity Surveying duties from preparing Feasibility Studies, Bills of Quantities and Employer’s Requirements to Employer’s Agent Services and some Contract Administration. Knowledge of Life Cycle Costing, Renewable Technologies, Mechanical and Electrical Services Surveying or Capital Allowances would be an advantage as would knowledge or experience in Project Management. The right candidate will have the ambition to be part of a growing team and have the ability to work on their own with some supervision.
Graduate / Assistant Project Manager – Nottingham
As part of the continued growth of the Project Management team within the Focus Nottingham office, we are seeking to recruit a Graduate/Assistant Project Manager. Project Management is a discipline that continues to grow and the above post represents an exceptional opportunity for the right person to continue their professional development.

You will be enthusiastic and ambitious, have good interpersonal skills, be keen to learn and to be challenged, Educated to a good standard; an Undergraduate or Graduate in a construction discipline such as Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Project/Construction Management, Building Services, Sustainability will be an advantage although other relevant qualifications will also be considered.
